Tips for healthy hair

As the summer heat increases, it is even more important to take care of your hair to protect it from the scorching heat. Here are a few suggestions:
  • Just as you use a sunscreen to shield your skin from UV rays, invest in a sunscreen spray for your hair.
  • If you have coloured hair, the more you shampoo the more the colour wears. Don’t shampoo every time you wash your hair.
  • Using a conditioner is a must, especially if you have dry hair. Make sure to leave the conditioner on for two minutes at least.
  • Let your hair dry naturally as much as possible. Using a hair dryer dries up the hair and creates split ends.
