Due to the resurgent spread of corona, new restrictions implemented at Tirupathi temple - from 29th March!

With the resurgent 2nd wave of the coronavirus pandemic spreading quite fast throughout the country, the Thirumalai Tirupathi Devasthanam Board (TTD) has announced certain new restrictions for the devotees visiting the Tirupathi temple for the Darshan of Lord Venkateswara!
As per the new restrictions, the devotees who undertake the visit by walking across with the Darshan Tickets will be allowed to enter the temple 24 hours in advance of the Darshan time. The devotees who carry the Darshan ticket for the next day will be allowed inside the temple zone only after 1.00 PM to enter the temple on vehicles.
However, as there was no prior announcement regarding this, as a large number of devotees took bath in the Alibiri Check-spot which was disallowed!
