Aadi Krithigai Theppa Thiruvizha at Tiruttani Lord Murugan Temple!!

Yesterday, 13th July 2023, a consultation meeting took place at the famous Tiruttani Lord Murugan Swamy Temple under the chairman of the board of trustees. In the meeting, arrangements regarding the celebration of Aadi Krithigai Theppa Thiruvizha or float festival were discussed.
It is well known to us that Tiruttani based Lord Murugan temple is the 5th house of the god. Here, Aadi Kiruthigai would be celebrated from 7th of August Aadi Bharani till 9th of August 2023.
On the first day of the festival, at the saravana poigai thirukulam, float festival or theppa thiruvizha would be held. In this festival that would be held for 5 days, thousands of devotees would come to this famous Lord Murugan temple in Tiruttani with kavadis to pay their respects to the almighty.
In this situation, yesterday,a meeting (regarding the various arrangemEnts for the upcoming Aadi Krithigai Float Festival) was held at the office of the association of the trustees that assumed power recently.
The meeting had discussions about the arrangements for the devotees coming to the temple with kavadis to pay their respects to god without any issues. Discussions also took place regarding issuing special entry tickets and car passes to some important persons plus the supply of drinking water, annadanam, resting place etc.
