Beginning this Monday, April 8th, postal voting will begin in Chennai, targeting elderly and differently-abled residents. This initiative is specifically tailored for citizens aged 85 and above, as well as individuals with disabilities, providing them with the opportunity to participate in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections via mail-in ballots. To facilitate this process, election officials will make home visits to collect postal votes from eligible individuals.
