Tamil Nadu: Light to Moderate Rainfall Until April 14th, Cooler Weather Expected!
The Chennai Meteorological Department has issued a forecast predicting rainfall across Tamil Nadu until the 14th of this month. Various regions, including South Tamil Nadu districts, North Tamil Nadu delta districts, Western Ghats districts, and the Karaikal area, are expected to experience light to moderate precipitation.
Isolated showers are anticipated today due to variable wind patterns in the upper atmosphere over southern India. Similar atmospheric conditions tomorrow may lead to rainfall in South Tamil Nadu districts.
On the 11th and 12th, there`s a possibility of light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning in South Tamil Nadu districts and across Tamil Nadu, respectively. The 13th and 14th may see light to moderate rainfall in scattered locations throughout Tamil Nadu.
During this period, maximum temperatures in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, and Karaikal are expected to gradually decrease by up to 5°F.
In Chennai and its surroundings, partly cloudy skies are expected today, with maximum temperatures forecasted around 100°F and minimum temperatures around 80°F.
