Free multi specialty medical camp to be held on 22nd and 23rd February

On 22nd and 23rd February, Sri Ramachandra Hospital at the Sri Ramachandra University, Chennai is organizing a multi specialty free medical camp.The camp will be held at Srimad Andavan Arts & Science College, Nelson Road, Srirangam.
It will be inaugurated by the Chancellor of Sri Ramachandra University V R Venkataachalam. More than one hundred doctors and para medical staff, including eminent cardiologist Dr S Thanikachalam, vice-chancellor Dr J S N Murthy, dean Dr S Anandan and other eminent doctors will participate in the Camp.
Doctors from general medicine, general surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, dermatology, ENT, cardiology, orthopedics, ophthalmology, neurology, nephrology, clinical nutrition, medical oncology, clinical psychology, speech Language & Hearing Pathology and dental departments will provide free consultations.
Blood tests, special investigations like ECG, echo cardiograph, ultrasound and X rays wherever necessary will be done free. Medicine for one week days will also be given free of charge. Patients are requested to bring their medical records. The camp begins at 8.30 am.
Chief Minister’s Comprehensive Health Scheme consultation services will be available in the camp, sources from the University informed.
