Yoghurt keeps diabetes away, study

According to a new study in London, it has been found that everyday consumption of yoghurt reduces the chance of getting diabetes.

Mirror reports state that having a spoonful of yoghurt daily with food keeps the type 2 diabetes at distance. After great attempts in research and various types of experiments with groups of people, they found that 28 grams of yoghurt a day can lower 18% of the risk.

Professor at Harvard School of Public Health Frank Hu told that according to their research, only yoghurt is connected with the risk reduction of diabetes type 2 and no other dairy products show similar kind of results.
