These are the various methods by which we could get rid of worms present in our stomach

The gastrointestinal tract in us is very important and worms in our stomach are mostly present in this tract. The presence of worms or parasites results in huge discomfort for us. It is important to note that issues like stomach pain, vomiting, gastric problems etc occurs in us due to these worms inside us.

Consuming raw meat plus drinking polluted water, eating unhygienic foods etc could result in worms or parasites in us.

There are few home based remedies that could be effective to treat this issue in us.

Raw papaya - Intake of raw papaya is fabulous for us as it helps in getting rid of worms from our stomach. In the raw papaya is present papain enzyme that is anti-helminthic and it does superbly. To 4 spoons of hot water one teaspoon of raw papaya juice is added. In the next step honey is added and the contents are mixed well and then it is consumed.

Garlic - Apart from providing us many health benefits this garlic is an excellent anti-parasitic food. This helps in getting rid of the worms from our stomach. It is said that raw garlic has amino acid and is antifungal, antibacterial etc in nature. Hence intake of garlic every day could result in getting rid of the worms.

Pumpkin seeds - The compound cucurbitacin present in pumpkin is fantastic and this is antiparasitic in nature. This helps in getting rid of the worms in our stomach efficiently. In the first step boil 2 teaspoons of pumpkin seeds in water and boil for 30 minutes. When the water cools down it is consumed.

Neem - Not many know that neem leaves are superb in getting rid of worms or parasites from our stomach. First crush and grind neem leaves well. This is then mixed with water and must be consumed daily for a week.
