Concessions on PAN card regulations for the Corporate

The regulations on the PAN cards (Permanent Account Numbers for Income Tax) issued to Corporate have been modified slightly.
The corporate companies are registered through the department of the central companies by the central government.
The corporate will have to apply for allotment of PAN and TAN numbers in the general application form.
The department of corporate companies issues the certificates regarding the PAN and TAN numbers.
The central ministry of finance has informed that it will consider the PAN and TAN cards of the corporate companies as the proof of the organization.
Because of this, the corporate companies which already have the above 2 certificates need not apply separately requesting for PAN allocation as per IT Act 139. It is noteworthy that exemption to the rule regarding laminated PAN cards for corporate companies has been taken as the related clause has been withdrawn in the related Act.
