Temporary mark-sheets and transfer certificates to be distributed on 21st May afternoon

The system of providing temporary mark-sheets for the students was commenced in the year 2015 (March).

These temporary mark-sheets are intended for any emergency uses or for admissions to colleges.

Once they are ready, the properly printed mark-sheets will be distributed to the schools.

Accordingly, after the release of the results of the +2 Public Examinations on 16th May (today), the headmasters of the higher secondary schools can use their given user ID and password and download the mark sheet data of the candidates who wrote the public examinations in their schools from the websites:


After downloading the data, they can verify the same and keep the printed temporary mark-sheets ready with the signature of the respective school headmasters and the seal of the schools.

These temporary mark-sheets are to be distributed from the afternoon of 21st May, The school students will be given through their respective schools and the private candidates can get the temporary mark-sheet from the centre where they wrote the public examination.

Please note that the temporary mark-sheets are to be distributed only according to the date and time announced.

Arrangements have also been made for the private candidates to download their temporary mark-sheets from the afternoon on 21st May at official website
