This is one superb way by which we could increase the oxygen levels around us. Plants like weeping fig and snake plants etc could be kept around the houses. They absorb carbon dioxide and change them into oxygen. They would improve the air quality.
By diet change:
It is important to note that the antioxidants would allow our body to consume more oxygen efficiently. We can boost the antioxidant intake by consuming foods like dark chocolates, pecans, blue berries, strawberries etc. These increase the oxygen intake in the digestion. Fatty acids and vitamin F also increase oxygen amounts in our bloodstream.
By cleansing the air:
Point is that tying camphor, cloves, cardamom seeds plus a few drops of eucalyptus oil in a piece of cloth and smelling regularly every day and night could increase the oxygen levels. Congestion issue would not be there.

It is believed that doing yoga is considered as the most effective method of toning one’s body. It is known that yogas are a combination of physical stances plus correct breathing techniques. By doing yogas, we would be able to improve the health of our lungs. Many these days do not open their windows present in their houses as the rooms are air conditioned. Good ventilation and fresh air can be got by keeping the windows open.
