These health foods we consume could create health issues in us and we might not be aware of

We all eat foods as we desire. How many of us would have thought that the foods we consume thinking healthy could actually create health problems in us?

The presence of unnatural sweeteners plus preservatives in these foods must be considered before we eat these foods.

Flavoured oatmeal consumption - Labelled as power house of energy that would sustain us for long time periods, these flavoured oat meals are not healthy at all. The oat meal has got high amounts of sugar in them and it would crash our system in the day and as a result eating another high calorie food could not be prevented. Whole rolled oats and preparing oats with yogurt is fabulous for our health.

Dried fruits intake - We usually think taking dried fruits is good for us but not all dried fruits are good for our health. It is revealed that freeze dried fruits like cranberries and raisins have rich sugar content in them and not good for health. Drying a fruit makes it to lose its water content and concentration of sugar gets increased. Instead of having dried fruits consume whole fruits.

Fat free foods intake -These fat free foods attract many of us these days. It must be noted that these foods might be stripped of their fat content but many unhealthy ingredients are added to make it more suitable for us. These fat free foods could be replaced by original versions of these foods.

Consumption of gluten free food - Most of us consume gluten free food without knowing that gluten is a healthy protein that is needed by our body. It must be noted that gluten decreases the risk of type 2 diabetes and helps our body in eliminating many toxic substances. So it is not correct to eat gluten free food. Whole foods could be taken instead.

Healthy oils consumption - We all consume many vegetable oils labelled as healthy to our heart without knowing the fact that these oils are chemically refined. These oils also have omega 6 fatty acids in them that cause many problems to us. It is worthy to note that these oils are processed unsaturated fatty acids. These oils could be replaced by healthy oils like coconut oils, extra virgin olive oils etc.

Packed fruit juices consumption - Marketed as very healthy these packed fruit juices has great sugar content and other preservatives etc and could lead to many health issues. These could be consumed rarely but not always. Instead whole fruits could be consumed.
