Announcement of Summer Tourists Travel Plan has been Postponed due Poll – Now Getting Released!
By this time TamilNadu government will be usually one step ahead in announcing the Special Summer Tourists Travel Plans, but it has been delayed due to the Lok Sabha Poll.
Now many specials
travel plans have been announced to the people for several tourists spots, as
the election habitat rules has been loosened.
Generally in
TamilNadu, summer season will be in peak during the month of April and May. As
the schools will be closed during this season, people will show high rate of
travelling to tourists spots in Ooty, Kodaikanal, and Yerkadu and so on along
with their families.
In order to
facilitate and to encourage people, government will announce various travel
schemes to tourists’ spots in this season.
As this government
tourists travel schemes are very much affordable for all class of people, when
compared to the charges collected by many private tourists’ travels, people are
highly attracted towards government tourist schemes.
As per the
announcement, for the tourists spots like Ooty, Kodaikanal, Yerkadu, Yelagiri,
Kochi, Mysore, Bangalore and so on, TamilNadu Government Tourists Travels has
announced 10% discount for a total count of more than 10 people and 20%
discount for senior citizens.
For a tour package
for 2 day and one night, the charges include:

Chennai to Ooty – Rs.3,700 to Rs.4,600
·
Chennai to Kodaikanal – Rs.3,950 to Rs.4,500
·
Chennai to Munnar- Rs 3,050 to 3,500
·
Chennai to Bangalore – Rs.2,950 to Rs.3,600
All these charges
are inclusive of stay and food. Special allowowances will be available for bookings
on weekends.
