The grievances registered by the phone customer have to address within a week time for rural areas and within 5 days for city regions.
If its fail to solve the problem, the telecommunication companies has to pay a fine of Rs.10 lakhs, a new rule framed by the government.
Hence the telecommunication companies informed their problem regarding this practice to the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India organization.
In this stance, in order to value the service rendering by the telecommunication companies, the TRAI organization decides to loosen its rules. Also, before loosening its rules the valuable comments will be received from the phone customers, TRAI organization says.
