Two TN officers deputed to Centre

The Tamil Nadu state government cleared the decks on Thursday for two senior IAS officers to move on deputation to the Union government.
The UPA regime had appointed transport secretary Braj Kishore Prasad as additional secretary, Union ministry of home affairs and revenue administration additional commissioner Ashish Chatterjee as director of department of commerce. A source said EC’s model code of conduct had delayed the state’s clearance.
