Good news for Chennai small traders

Now there is good news for Chennai traders because the Chennai Corporation has extended the term of trade licence to five years.
The traders will now have to pay the entire amount due for five years to the civic body in advance. The civic body has recently started issuance trade licenses in the Corporation limits on the same day that applications are filed.
Traders must submit two photographs, a demand draft for payment of fee, the property tax bill, photograph of the commercial establishment and a self-affidavit in addition to the application to get the license on the same day.
