New plans to block black money: Announcement expected during the coming budget!

It has been established that far larger amounts of black money is hoarded in India as compared to the amounts of black money kept in foreign banks.
As such, the central government has initiated several measures to block the black money.
As one of the measures, the central government has decided to permit public to keep cash amounts up to Rs. 10 Lakhs in their houses.
The central government has also planned to insist on registration of PAN/Aadhar Card numbers for transactions/purchases over Rs. 1 Lakh.
These 2 measures are likely to be introduced n the coming budget session.
