Chennai, Cuddalore,Thiruvarur,Kanchipuram,Villupram Nagapattinam & Thiruvannamalai Schools & colleges remain closed tomorrow (Dec 3,2015) due to heavy rains.
Met dept forecast Moderate to rather heavy rain would occur at most places over all the districts of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.
