Wipro Chennai Marathon on Dec 2

The inaugural Wipro Chennai Marathon will kick off on December 2 with over 6,000 runners expected to participate. The event is powered by Chennai Runners.
The three winners of the full marathon (42 km) will get Rs 25,000, Rs 15,000 and Rs 10,000 respectively. The winners of half marathon will win Rs 20,000, Rs 15,000 and Rs 10,000.
While Wipro is the title sponsor for the marathon, the other sponsors include Apollo Hospitals, Westin, Chennai Super Kings, Body Fuelz, Gautam Offset and Radio One.
