Minister inaugurates Aavin sales in Singapore

The State Minister for dairy products, K.T. Rajendra Balaji, inaugurated Aavin sales in Singapore on Saturday, 25th November.
The Tamil Nadu State Government has issued a press release regarding this stating that an Aavin Sales has been started in Singapore as the Chief Minister’s order.
Accordingly, the Aavin officials, led by the dairy minister, inaugurated the same.
During the event, the minister addressed the gathering stating that Aavin produces 33 Lakh litres of milk per day and sells 22 Lakh litres of milk per day. The remaining is converted into milk powder and sent to other states. Aavin supplies 1 Lakh litres of milk every day to the state of Kerala.
Known for the high quality, Aavin milk is relished by the people from other states as well and countries as well.
Subsequently, Aavin sales have now been started in Singapore. Plans are afoot to open Aavin sales outlets in countries like Malaysia, Dubai, and Srilanka.
Many senior officials of Aavin and some other government departments participated in this inauguration along with the some leading Singapore industrialists.
