How to make nutritious Almond Milk for children?

Ingredients

  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Almonds – 10
  • Cashew nuts – 5
  • Cardamom – 1
  • Brown sugar – as required

The recipe

  • Soak the almond and the cashew in a required quantity of milk for 30 minutes.
  • Once soaked fully, blend it into a paste using a mixie.
  • Heat the milk in a thick-bottomed pan.
  • Once the milk starts boiling, add the paste, brown sugar, and cardamom and boil for a few more minutes.  

Serve hot.

Taking this before going to sleep will ensure a good, sound sleep. It will make the child fresh and ready the next day to attend the examination in high spirits.
