These superb beverages could fight unhealthy inflammation and pain in us

We all know what an inflammation is. Inflammation is the natural immune response of our body to harmful external agents. Not many of us know that this inflammation is good for us to certain extent only. Sometimes inflammation becomes uncontrollable and it causes harm for our health.

It is said that chronic painful inflammation is abnormal and it could lead to many issues such as cancer, heart diseases, BP, diabetes etc. Reduction and elimination of this unhealthy inflammation is possible by bringing changes to our lifestyle plus by getting our body naturally detoxed.

These below mentioned beverages would fight unhealthy inflammation in us.

Intake of lemon and turmeric:

It is well known to us that turmeric has got antioxidant curcumin that gives us many health benefits. The vitamin C present in lemon is simply superb and it provides many health benefits. When these two are combined then they act as anti-inflammatory, body detox plus as hydration agents. In the first step a saucepan is taken and one teaspoon of grated ginger and turmeric plus lemon juice is mixed with water and heated slowly. This tonic must be consumed to treat inflammation issues present in us.

Iced hibiscus tea intake:

This is also one superb beverage to fight inflammation. This hibiscus is known for its antioxidant properties and is superb. Chopped hibiscus flowers are mixed with lime juice and mint leaves are added to it. Then it is cooled and later consumed.

Beet juice or smoothie consumption:

Beet Juice is a superb beverage as it contains potassium, iron, manganese, vitamin C, fibre. These play a great role in the reduction of unhealthy inflammation in us. The intake of oxygen gets increased and BP is lowered. Small sized beet is mixed with one teaspoon of turmeric and half teaspoon ginger, orange, strawberries plus two cups of coconut water. By this smoothie is made and could be consumed.

Consumption of carrot juice or smoothie:

It is known that carrot has got vitamin A in it and it is good for our skin and eyes. Not many know that this carrot could also fight unhealthy inflammation in us. Either juice form or as smoothie carrots could be consumed. In the first step many carrots are taken and juice is got. Then in the next step this juice is blended well with orange, apple, lemon, ginger, turmeric and with one tea spoon of apple cider vinegar. Later water or milk could be added and it could be consumed.

Intake of pineapple juice:

This pineapple juice is an amazing beverage and it could be consumed to reduce unhealthy inflammation in us. The presence of bromelain in pineapple plays important role in digestion plus in fighting inflammation in us. This pineapple juice is mostly used to reduce the after effects of a surgery.
