The new option introduced by Google, Family Link gives authority for parents to choose the accessibility of their children’s usage of Android applications including google play store. Parents can now directly control the usage with Google assistant to lock the devices of their kids.
With this new feature Parents can block the application downloads through google play store. If they plan for a break in terms of device usages concerned with the kids then parents can select the android supportive option to block the device and applications. Also the family link provides parents the option to locate their kids with the sign in of the google account.
The new option can be availed by only Android users. The app was really meant for the kids below 13 years but it can also be used for older people. If a person exceeding the age limit of 13 years plans to use the platform then both parties must give proper consent for the usage of the technology.
If the concerned person is not comfortable with the monitoring then they can retain the password themselves without sharing it. With this option parents can get help from Google Assistance to lock the devices of their kids automatically without manually controlling the technology on daily basis.
