CREDAI Chennai gears up for Fairpro 2019

Fairpro 2019 is all gearing up as CREDAI Chennai is planning the event in full swing. This is an annual event – a real estate exhibition. This will be held between 15th and 17th February at Chennai Trade Centre at Nandambakkam.
Speaking at an event, the Chennai President of CREDAI, Mr. W.S. Habib said in India this Fairpro is among the most successful events. It is a longest-running exhibition in real estate in India. There will be more than 75 real estate developers taking part in the event to showcase 300+ residential projects. There will be affordable houses showcased at the event starting from Rs 20 lakh up till luxury projects worth crores all of which are available in crores, says Mr. Habib.
Each and every project taking part at the event is approved and has got their registration done under TN Real Estate Regulatory Authority. This event will meet the different buying needs of people of various segments.
In his note about this, the convener of Fairpro 2019 said this event targets towards bridging real estate developers and potential home buyers. They bring the two together and make the dreams of buyers come true in a single roof. Real estate developers see this as a wonderful opportunity to get their projects showcased among the buyers.
This event will see participation by the State Bank of India, PNB Housing Finance Ltd., HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, and Karur Vysya Bank.
