Drinking water supply to be stopped for 2 days in 5 Zones in Chennai Metro City!

Chennai Metro Rail Limited is currently undertaking the task of linking pipelines at the Service Road in Madhavaram Zone, Retteri Junction 200 feet Road. This work is scheduled to be in progress from 8:00 AM tomorrow (Friday, 19th January) until 6:00 PM on the 20th of January.
During this period, the drinking water supply will be temporarily halted in the following 5 zones: Thiru Vi Ka Nagar, Ambattur, Anna Nagar, Teynampet, and Kodambakkam.
Residents in the mentioned zones are strongly advised to take precautionary measures and ensure they have an adequate supply of drinking water. In the event of any emergency requirement, residents can register their needs by visiting the website "Dial for Water" at https://cmwssb.tn.gov.in.
This notification has been issued by the Chennai Metro Water Supply and Sewerage Board (CMWSSB).
