Inspire Science Camp to Motivate School Students

Department of Science and Technology, Government of India conducts Inspire Internship Science camps every year throughout the country to inspire the school students. The main objective of the program is to motivate the students at the school level to develop an interest in them and to pursue science in their higher studies.
The seventh Inspire Internship Science camp in Chennai has been organized by the Presidency College from September 22 to September 26. This was inaugurated by R Sreedhar, Community Radio Practitioner and Media Expert on Sunday. Around 260 students are participating in this five day science camp. Only students who have secured more than 90% in 11th standard are selected.
