Pettathullal at Erumeli

The base camp at Erumeli is gearing up for an amazing display of religious harmony as the Sabarimala pilgrim season is entering its final lap.
The Chandanakkudom celebration has been scheduled for Friday and Pettathullal by the Ambalapuzha and Aalangad teams has been scheduled for Saturday. This village is expected to witness the heavy rush of pilgrims in the next 48 hours.
Security arrangements have been strengthened with additional deployment of police force. Traffic to the town has also been reorganised.
Heavy vehicles will be banned on the Kanamala road.Special medical team and ambulances would also be kept ready to tackle emergency situations.
