Have you paid the Property Tax for 2nd half year 2013 - 2014 (i.e., Commencement of the 2nd Half Year 1st of October 2013).
The Property Tax for 2013 - 2014 is already overdue and failure to remit can entail penal action. Please pay the Property Tax immediately with arrears of property tax. If any, in order to avoid legal action for default of payment said by the Corporation Commissioner of Chennai.
