Uniphone, Tender Voice Solution on Chit Fund Companies

Now-a-days people are getting banged, by many illicit chit funds without their knowledge. Here comes the golden opportunity in hands of the public, just a single buzz to a landline number will aid people in evaluating the claims made by non-banking financial company, before their plan to invest money.
Uniphore, an enterprise involved in furnishing mobile phone applications for companies, has developed this software under the headship of Dr Ashok Jhunjhunwala, an electrical engineering professor at IIT-M.
This software has been launched by the economics offences wing-criminal investigation division of the state police.
While buzzing the mobile facility to 044- 64500155, an interactive voice response system (IVRS) will enquire questions and also the responses will be recorded; each caller will get their feedback within 24 hours, stated by additional director general of police (EOW CID) Prateep V Philip.
The EOW CID has fed the details of nearly about 1,000 NBFCs in the state, which have been caught up in cheating and other criminal cases.
To rectify the customer’s complaints on all financial services, a committee on comprehensive financial services for small businesses and low income households recommends the Union finance ministry to create an unified, Financial Redressal Agency (FRA) in every district .
