Commencing from 1 April, Agricultural cooperative credit associations employees will get 12% salary hike, order by Chief Minister Jayalalitha.
Regarding this statement, Chief Minister announced that, keeping in mind about the welfare of the Agricultural cooperative credit associations’ employees, she has already decided to provide the Government announced DA allowances to them.
Till 31 March, 2013, it has been five year, since they get the wage hike. Hence the employees of Agricultural cooperative credit have demanded for their salary hike.
On behalf of their association, the Agricultural cooperative credit has framed a committee. This committee has now come forward to bring the request for its salary hike to the government.
As per the request, government has ordered for 12 percent wage hike for the employees.Agricultural cooperative credit association running without any Cooperative bank loans and yielding profit continuously for five years will be getting a 12 percent hike percentage.
Regarding this salary hike, the Agricultural cooperative credit employees will be getting with a minimum of Rs.558 and a maximum of Rs. 5661 depending on their grades.
Tentatively, TamilNadu government will be spending additionally 26 Crores and 89 Lakhs for the course of this wage hike, declared by Chief Minister J.Jayalalitha.
