How to avoid the seasonal pox genre diseases in summer?

It is common in every summer to be affected by diseases due to the severity of the heat. Preventive cure to void these diseases is better.

Prickly heat, small pox, chicken pox, mumps, and other diseases of pox genre appear when the body resistance to virus germs is less. If the pox spreads all over the body, the internal organs in the area get affected.

These are all highly infectious diseases.

With the first symptoms of fever, they can spread through cough or sneeze or even the bed. It is better to keep the patient in a separate room.

How to avoid?

Timely food, timely sleep, exercise suiting the age, food items which tend to keep the body cool, fruits, vegetables, greens, curd, buttermilk, taking a good fatigue-removing bath, and  maintaining the body resistance to diseases are the best form of preventive cure.

  • It is worth noting that failure of proper treatment of pox genre diseases can affect the brain and the nervous system.
  • Grind a bit of deer’s antler and dissolve it in milk. Take this 3 times a day.
  •  Mix equal quantities of turmeric and neem leaves and grind into a smooth paste. Apply gently on the affected surfaces.
  •  This past can also be consumed as a medicine – take 1 gram of the paste twice in a day.
  • Wash the bed-linen with turmeric soaked water and dry them in the shadow and use.
  •  Keep bunches of neem leaves at the main entrance. This will reduce the attack from virus germs.
  •  If affected with very high fever, mix neem or papaya leaves paste in honey and give 300 grams thrice a day.
  • If suffering constipation, dissolve a pinch of nutmeg powder (5 to 10 grams) in warm water and take twice in the day (morning & evening).
