Santhanam gets ready to act as hero

Santhanam – he is one of the best comedians in the Tamil film industry with his spontaneous funny dialogues and reactions on-screen as well as off-screen. As of now, the actor has completed over 100 films and now, he is getting himself prepared to play the role of a hero for “Vallavanukku Pullum Aayudham”. Srinath, who directed the film Muthirai will direct the comedian. The film will be a remake of Telugu hit, Maryada Ramanna directed by S.S. Rajmouli which had comedian Sunil in the lead role.
In addition to stepping into lead role character, Santhanam will also co-produce for the movie. When enquired about Santhanam’s all of a sudden change, he shared that Srinath had been showing interest to direct a film with him and Premji when they all acted together in Santhosh Subramaniam. He added that the role is suitable for him, as it is a script that would best suit a comedy actor like him.
