Trisha may join Ajith’s 55

While Ajith’s 55th film with Gautham Vasudev Menon is scheduled to go on floors on 9th April, there are uncertainties in various aspects of the film even now. The female lead role is finalized with Anushka and for the music composition, talks are on for Harris Jayaraj to play the tunes. Gautham initially approached A.R.Rahman, but unfortunately he is unable to take up the project due to few of his other commitments.
As the film’s script requires two female leads, the other female lead role is yet to get finalized. The director is now looking forward to fit in Trisha in the role. Since the actress is abroad right now, things will be finalized only upon her arrival. Even if Trisha signs up for the project, because of her other schedules, she can be make herself available to work on Gautham Menon’s project only in the second half of the shoot and not during its initial phase that is set to begin by April 9.
