Below is the statement given by Chennai High Court Chief Registrar Ponn. Kalaiarasan:
Chennai high court will be getting its summer vacation holiday from 1stMay
to 1st June. During this vacation period, a special team of judges
including Justice R. Sudhagar and K.K. Sasidaran have been arranged to take up
the emergency cases. Both will be conjointly taking up the division bench cases
and other cases will be handled by them individually.
Judge C.S. Karnan will be handling the Surety and criminal cases.
Similarly from 12 May to 14 May, Judges S. Manikumar, T.S. SivaGanam will be in
charge of division bench cases and Judge K.P.K. Vasuki will take care of
criminal cases respectively. From 19 May to 25 May, Judges M.M.Sundaresh,
K.RaviChandirababu will take care of Division bench cases and Judge R.
Mahadevan will be guiding the criminal cases.
In the same way, from 26 May to
till 1 June, Judges Aruna Jagadeeshan, S. Vaithiyanathan will be involved in
division bench case. Judge G. Chockalingam will take care of criminal cases.
