- Follow the strict procedure of doing physical exercises daily at least for 30 minutes. This will definitely prevent breast cancer. Even doing the household chores which demand body-flexing is enough. Exercises reduce the body fat thereby preventing the onset of breast cancer.
- Drinking alcohol is found to be one of the major reasons for breast cancer. It is best to avoid drinking habit totally and get into the habit of taking fruit juices instead. This certainly is an escape route from breast cancer.
- A survey shows that mostly the women who do not practise breast-feeding their children are affected by breast cancer. While breast-feeding, the level of the hormone known as estrogen reduces considerably which prevents breast cancer.
- Women should constantly monitor their weight. There are chances of a great increase in bodyweight after menopause. This overweight may be an invitation to breast cancer. Hence, it is essential to keep the body weight under strict control.
- Eating food items rich in carbohydrate and fat increase the chances of being affected by breast cancer. Hence, it is better to avoid excess carbohydrate & fat items and include a lot of fruits & vegetables.
