Yahoo-mail & G-mail to be stopped for government mailing systems!

In order to ensure maximum security from cyber-crimes, the government has taken a decision to completely stop the usage of prevailing commercial e-mail services such as Yahoo-mail & G-mail.
The central government has approved the proposal to the Department of Electronics & Technology.
The central minister for Information & technology, Mr. Ravi Shankar Prasad, informed that this initiative has been taken to ensure the maximum level of security of all confidential information exchanged through e-mails.
This will be completed before end March, 2015.
A cost of Rs. 100 Crores has been reserved for the development of the new alternative software system
