Pickles can harm your physical health!

Taking pickles in your daily diet can be harmful for your physical health!

Diabetics must avoid pickles thoroughly as  sugar is being added in the pickles as preservative. Otherwise, the diabetic condition will worsen.

As more quantity of oil is added in the pickles, they increase the quantity of tri-glycerides in blood leading to heart problems.So, patients having heart problems may better avoid taking pickles!

Patients with high blood-pressure must also avoid pickles. This will prevent any increase in blood-pressure and also possibility of any heart disease. When in the habit of including pickle in our daily diets, the juices present in them will harm the stomach. Sometimes, they may even lead to severe pain in the lower abdomen, catch or spasm, and even diarrhoea.

As a lot of salt and preservatives are added in pickles, they may create stagnant of unwanted water in the body system. This may create continuous uneasy feeling in the stomach.

Because of the excess salt as preservative, the pickles also may lead to salt-related health problems. 

Thus, though pickles do add spice and flavour to the daily food, it is not advisable in the daily intake. 

Suggestion: Avoid including pickles daily. Better, prepare pickles hygienically in your own place and use!
