TASMAC shops and bars to be closed on 1st May

TASMAC shops and bars in the city will remain closed on Friday (01-05-15) on account of Labour Day and there will be no sale of liquor on the day, according to a release from Chennai Collector E. Sundaravalli.
Collector E. Sundaravalli in a press release said that, "Because of the celebration of Labour Day on 01-05-15 the TASMAC shops, bars and hotels who holding the license of FL-2 and FL-3 should remain closed on that day and there will be no sale of liquor on the day, violators are punished with laws.
