Burial grounds at Virugambakkam will not function this month

The Chennai Corporation has announced that the burial grounds at Virugambakkam will not function this month since maintenance works are going on. There is a electric crematorium in Virugambakkam which is in Zone 10 of Chennai Corporation.
The maintenance work will go on for the whole month. Until the work is over, the public can use an electric crematorium at nearby Porur Crematorium.
