Mobile Post Service extended to 5 more places in Chennai

The facility of mobile postal services has been extended to 5 more places in the Chennai Metro City.
The mobile postal service was started recently. Presently, a mobile postal service van is functioning linked to the Post Office in St. Thomas Mount. The postal services include buying stamps, sending the registered post, sending Speed Post, and sending Money Orders. Apart from this, the public can enjoy in their own place the facility of their personal service of the service known as ‘My Stamp’, through which they can print their photos on the stamped form.
Now, this mobile postal service facility is extended to 5 places in Chennai Metro City. The facility at Ezhil Nagar, Okkiyam, Thuraipakkam will function from 1.00 PM to 2.00 PM. The facility at Semmencherry and Sholinganallur will function from 2.30 PM to 3.40 PM. The facility at OMR near Infosys Office will function from 3.45 PM to 4.30 PM. The facility at Guindy Race Course Road will function from 5.00 PM to 6.00 PM. The facility in Nanganallur near the Independence Day Park will function from 6.30 PM to 7.20 PM.
So, the residents in the respective areas above can avail these facilities without the need to visit the Post Office.
