Ice cream is a type of food source that has almost no haters considering all the groups of ages and region of the world. The consumption of Ice creams are mostly categorized into the arena of junk food and attributed to many ill effects in our bodies. It is a fact that artificial and long preserved ingredients in the Ice cream will bring some negative impacts on our bodies.
But the latest research conducted in Japan points out Ice creams as a better option for breakfast improving the energy levels active throughout the day. A professor in Kyorin University, Yoshihiko Koga conducted this series of trials under proper supervision with selected participants.
People eating Ice cream for breakfast tend to think faster than the group that doesn’t eat Ice cream throughout the experiment. Several mental exercises were given and results were analyzed to conclude the effect of eating Ice cream in the morning.
However the results of this experiment face many critical views saying the bright mind sensation is purely attributed to the levels of high glucose content in the ice cream. Japan is famous for some of its healthy food and snacks, so the experiment results was condemned by native food experts in terms of proven ill effects of ice cream on children and adult physiologies.
