The Chennai Meteorological Centre has informed that there are prospects of rain due to thermal convection in 1 or 2 places In Tamil Nadu and Puducherry. There are prospects of rain with thunder in a few places in the interior districts.
The Chennai Metro City will remain cloudy. There are prospects of rain during the night.
