These are the daily habits that affect our health.

Many of us skip our breakfast for various reasons. This is not good. By not having breakfast we would be hungry throughout the day and it would increase our appetite. This could lead to intake of unhealthy foods.
Holding urine for long time:
Many of us hold urine for long time periods. This would make our urinary bladder to stretch and development of bacteria would be faster. Finally kidneys get affected..
Sitting in the same posture for long time:
This is also one habit we must avoid. Weakness in the spinal cord results when we sit in the same posture for longer time. Pain in our neck, back and waist also occurs.
Intake of less calcium:
Bones and muscles become weak when adequate amount of calcium is not taken by us. Sometimes people do not consume dairy or milk products and as a result of this these people lack calcium. Adequate amounts of calcium must be consumed for our health to be better.
Avoid listening to loud music:
Many of us listen to loud music for relaxation without knowing that this loud music could create issues for the ears. Our listening power gets reduced by loud music.
Checking the mobile phone often:
We all have got mobile phones with us and we check them from the time we get up till we go to bed. This is unhealthy and must be avoided by us. The more we spend time on our mobile phone the more we become stressed.
Less social bondage:
Many of us do not mingle with others, cancel meetings with friends etc and spend time alone. Though it might sound good for the time being in the long run it would lead to depression etc in us. This habit must be avoided.
