Indian Weather Bureau issues Red Alert warning to Tamil Nadu

The Indian Weather Bureau has issued a Red Alert warning to Tamil Nadu on 7th October.
It has warned that there are prospects excessively heavy rains widespread all over the state of Tamil Nadu. The weather bureau has warned that the rain recorded on 7th October might be over 25 cm.
Subsequently, orders have been issued to all the state collectors to take all necessary precautionary action.
It may be recalled that during the last time in August. when ‘Red Alert’ was given to the State of Kerala, there was an incessant downpour of rain causing heavy floods and inundation.
In a similar action, the Indian Weather Bureau has issued the Red Alert to the state of Tamil Nadu. Generally, the ‘Red Alert’ warning is issued whenever very heavy rains are expected.
Subsequently, the Tamil Nadu Disaster Management Commission is ready and fully prepared to counter and face the prospects of heavy rains on 7th October.
