IMD (Indian Meteorological Department) has informed that as a low-pressure zone is formed over the southeast Bay of Bengal, there are prospects of heavy rain for the next 3 days from tomorrow (Tuesday, 4th December).
The depression zone is located over the Andaman Sea and the adjacent southeast Bay of Bengal and this may transform into a depression zone by 6th December.
IMD has informed that due to the above depression zone, there are prospects of mild rains in south Andhra and north Tamil Nadu for 3 days from 4th to 6th December. There are prospects of heavy rains in a few places in the coastal districts during this period.
