Gold rate increased Rs.8 per sovereign

The cost of gold has increased Rs.8 per sovereign on Friday morning (Jan 4, 2019). A sovereign was worth Rs.24424.00 and a gram was Rs.3053.00.
The cost of 1 gram of pure gold (24K) is now Rs.3199.00.
A kilo of silver was priced at Rs.42600.00 and a gram was worth Rs.42.60.
