The Chennai Meteorological Centre has informed that the temperature may shoot up by 2 to 3 Degrees Celsius as compared to normal for 2 days.
A dry climate will persist in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry for the next 2 days. Salem and Tiruthani recorded 105 Degrees Fahrenheit. The Chennai Meteorological Centre further informed that the heat intensity will be much more than normal in 10 districts in Tamil Nadu – Vellore, Thiruvannamalai, Krishnagiri, Dharmapuri, Salem, Namakkal, Trichy, Karur, Dindigul, and Madurai.
The Chennai Metro City skies will remain clear. A maximum temperature of 35 Degrees Celsius is likely to be recorded
