Recipe for making Pudhina-karuppatti (Mint-jaggery) juice

Here is the recipe for making ‘Pudhina-Karuppatti’ juice (Mint- palm jaggery. This is extremely useful in keeping the body cool especially in the scorching summer season:

Ingredients:

· Mint; a handful bunch

· Ginger – a small piece

· Lemon – a half lemon

· Jaggery (from palm tree) 0as required

Recipe

· Wash and clean the bunch of mint leaves

·  Add the mint, ginger, lemon juice, and jaggery in the mixie (Mixer-grinder) and grind into a smooth paste and add the required quantity of water.

· Make juice.

· Filter this to a glass, add ice cubes 

The super-duper mint-jaggery juice is ready!
