Sudden announcement from school education department to the TN school teachers!!

The important piece of news that has come out now is that the school education department has issued an order to those teachers who have received work transfer plus promotion orders last month.
It is well known that the schools were closed down from March 2020 onwards due to the Coronavirus pandemic in Tamil Nadu. The classes took place through online mode only for the students. After the reduction in the number of Coronavirus cases in the third wave of Coronavirus pandemic, the schools reopened once again in February 2022 and direct physical classes are being held. Corona preventive steps have been taken for conducting direct physical classes for the students at the schools.
On 23rd and on 24th of January 2022, a public service change consultation meeting on behalf of the school education department of Tamil Nadu took place for the transfer and promotion of government school teachers and PG teachers etc. It is now brought out that those teachers who had received work place transfer and promotion orders in the above said public reassignment should be relieved of their duties on 28th March. The school education department has ordered that all the teachers must compulsorily join their new work places on 1st of March 2022.
