Innuyir Kappom Scheme - Medical treatment free of cost for all -TN health minister meets 200000th patient now!!

The health minister of TN Mr. M. Subramaniam meeting the 200000th patient who benefited from the Inuyir Kappome scheme - Nammai Kakkum 48 in TN is making sensational news.
It is important to note that under this superb scheme the state health dept would bear the cost of road accident victims and their treatment up to Rs 1lakh for the first 48 hours.
Within the first 48 hours after the accident, in order to provide life saving medical care for those injured in the road accidents in TN, Nammai Kakkum 48 scheme would make available 81 important treatments free of cost to all. Point is that this scheme has about 692 empanelled hospitals that included 237 govt and 455 private hospitals. It must be noted that the TN health minister visited the Rela hospital where 200000th patient was receiving treatment.
